What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Hot water and cider vinegar:eek:....does that actually taste OK?

Nope, it tastes vile, especially as i'm taking it with cod liver oil capsules:rotfl:. I'm having a retro-week. These are the things my mother used to give us daily, when we lived at home, and I was always slim then :).

I loved that dance of the day, yesterday. I started waving my booty about with my headphones on, which were attached to the computer, and almost strangled myself. What a way to go ............

Your class sounds great fun Snowbrow.

Well done on the weight loss. I can't wait until I can say those words. Its keeping the motivation going.....I lose a bit of weight and decide that " I don't look too bad " and then its the downward slope again,. I am hoping that by posting on here, I will be able to keep going in the right direction.

Good morning to everyone else, hope you all have a good day.

    Elsie

June 2010 - 11/56 lbs Weight to lose before May 2011.

2 more days to WI. I know that there is still another stone to go before I feel I start on a 'proper' downward path. I know in my head the figures I eventually need to see and then I will know I am past the last year of put weight on, lose a bit, put more on, lose even less, put it back on and another few pounds to boot.
