Can I join you please? I am seriously lacking motivation, inspiration, and any other 'tions...' that you need to actually lose weight!!!
I'm aiming to lose about 14lbs, and I need a good kick up the backside from you to help me achieve this.

Well what started as a good week has gone "to pot" as my Grandad would say:o

I am just exhausted so last night I buckled and went for a KFC for dinner.........just couldnt face standing cooking.

Starting to feel a bit down as I just cant seem to go a full week without spoiling it for myself.

I know that planning is the key but I just seem to be either at work or running around with kids or trying to catch up on housework.

Just feeling a bit sorry for myself today........it will pass:o
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

howdy all, well done on the losses for this week, think the fact it is summer makes it a bit easier because it's too hot to cook anything!!

Hayfever has suddenly gone from 'ok' to 'awful' today, I was only saying the other day that this year had weirdly been the mildest for me since I was a child. Should have kept my mouth shut really!!

Have a good day all xx

    Morning all,

1lb off for me Lou please.

I've stuck to no junk food or alcohol this month and to doing 'The Shred' every day. Today is level 3, day 26.

Amazingly, yesterday it was clear that a six pack is beginning to appear, where my big belly used to be.

This week, I am going to follow an eating plan from this free website, to see if I can release more fat. I'm going for lower carbs and more protein.

    Bye for now.
