For the third straight week I'm STS. Exactly the same! Not a tad more, not a tad less.....
Keep Up the Good Work everyone.
Shaggy's Thought for the DayWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Scrooge sneaks in with a guilty look on her face and a terrible headache.
I was at a networking event, last night, where there were free drinks all evening and a table full of naughty nibbles, and I lost my self control.
+1 for me Lou, must do better in May, will do better in May.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -

Welcome Emily and Badweather, I have added you to the tracker.
Good week for me mostly due to being a bit more organised than usual and avoiding the shop at work;) pleased to say that I have managed to lose another 1lb this week. MrJ is STS but we are stepping up our walks and the speed of them so hopefully that will get things moving for him soon.
Enjoy the weekend everyone whatever you are doing, dont forget to keep posting folks, even if you are back where you started. The wagon is always here to get back on:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Oh, that wagon doesn't look very comfortable Lou. I think that is my problem though, I am still looking for an easy ride and just getting a bumpy one.
I need to learn to hang on to the wagon, so in May i'm moving into the driving seat ....I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -

And I now weigh more than I did in the first place, oops!
