Ok, to make you all jealous....
I have LOST 4lb this week!
I've now hit and broken my second target (half a stone by end of May) and am well into the next. Next target....another half stone off by end of June.

Surprisingly STS for me this week despite having 2 days where I didnt eat anything - maybe my body decided it needed to hang on to the fat just in case:D MrJ has lost 1lb though.

I had put on 2lb after staying at my mum's last weekend but lost that and another 2 lbs lost on top of that. This means that I have now lost a stone in total, so I've reached my target.
But, without sounding too pessimistic, I know from the past that losing lots like that will set me yo-yoing around it for a couple of weeks so I won't be surprised if I put on again next week. I guess as long as it's coming down slowly but surely ...DFW Nerd 941 Proud to be dealing with my debt

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
