Good Morning everyone week 7 into our 10 week Spring challenge.

Well done to all the losers:T

Scrooge, I guess your body is still getting used to the shock:rotfl:you should have a good loss next week;)

Surprisingly STS for me this week despite having 2 days where I didnt eat anything - maybe my body decided it needed to hang on to the fat just in case:D MrJ has lost 1lb though.

Keep up the good work lads and lasses:j
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Well done to skinty, elfen and meersy and all the STS'ers :T

I had put on 2lb after staying at my mum's last weekend but lost that and another 2 lbs lost on top of that. This means that I have now lost a stone in total, so I've reached my target.
But, without sounding too pessimistic, I know from the past that losing lots like that will set me yo-yoing around it for a couple of weeks so I won't be surprised if I put on again next week. I guess as long as it's coming down slowly but surely ...

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
