Afternoon everyone. I am here to report a break through :T.
Every Friday my manager buys me a massive white roll, with oodles of butter on it, 4 slices of fatty bacon, and loads of tomato sauce, from the local man with a van. I used to love this treat, but today I looked at it and it just turned my stomach, I could see the bacon sitting on my thighs.

Not wanting to hurt his feelings, I pretended to eat it, but slid it into my bag and the bin at home (which hurt my scrooge sensibilities, but needs must).

So after two weeks of healthy eating, low alcohol and plenty of exercise, the scales are starting to move in my favour. I should be a loser tomorrow Lou!

Keep up the good work everyone :).
I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
