But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

STS for the fifth week! Ate a box of Belgian Chocs this week so actually happy:j:D
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    STS for me too.

    Disappointing, because I have:-

    1. Had no alcohol this week
    2. Stuck to my calorie count and ate very healthily.
    3. Exercised and walked a lot
    4. Drank plenty of water

    :(

    On a positive note:-

    1. I am feeling energised
    2. My skin is looking great
    3. I am pleased that I didn't miss the alcohol
    4. I didn't put on weight

Next week will be my week :).
I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.
