What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I love yours ;)! My heart beats faster every time I see that avie.

Well done skint spice, what is the key to your success?

He is rather yummy isn't he:D:drool::D.

The key is to quote PAP "to keep plodding", I've not lost the weight really fast apart from the first couple of weeks but I'm getting there all the same:D. also tons of running!

How hard is it to get into running? It doesn't really appeal, but there seem to be a lot of devoted runners on these threads and I don't see many hefty ones.

Is it something you come to love, or is it an endurance test, but the gain is worth the pain?

    Thanks.

If you don't like it it might be difficult to get into but it's a good way of seeing your fitness improve. I do love it but lots of folk don't - you could always do power walking instead. I think PAP was following the couch to 5K plan it's here if you fancy a try.
