    Morning everyone:D

Thankfully I am back on the weight loss wagon and have managed to shift 1.5lbs this week MrJ is STS

Had a bit of a food disaster last night after my very organised homemade curry had to be thrown away after I discovered that the chicken was manky that I put in it:mad:

At 7pm we were all so hungry that I had to call for a takeaway which I had a few mouthfuls of really and decided that it was just too greasy......bleh, I think I might be going off takeaways alltogether.

Kiwi, can you check the spreadsheet tracker as I have you way over target for your weight loss.

Carole I have added you to the spreadsheet tracker (its in post No1) with a target of 3lbs.

Well done to the losers/STS hope to see more great losses this weekend;)

    Thanks LouiseJ :)

Had a terrible Saturday, lost the plot in the evening, but a brilliant Sunday, so hopefully that will even it up
