Hi
Been a while since I was on - been up to my eyes studying, attending a revision course and working all hours and in between times I have had 2 birthdays to celebrate (one of which was mine so lots of baaaad food consumed) and then a death in the family.
Although despite all that... as of last Sunday I had another 3lb off!!??
Well done to all those who are still keeping up the good work. and welcome to all the new comers.
Thankfully Easter is over and at the minute I have nothing more coming up until June that should hinder my diet (that is if I can stay strong of course) fingers X'd.
Will see if last week was just a fluke on Sunday's weigh in but for now I'm well happy with it!

Hi all - can I join?
I’ve been reading the thread for a couple of weeks now, every time I need a bit of motivation.
I’m maintaining a 1 stone 4 lbs loss from last year, but have lost the plot recently and I discovered I’d regained 7lbs of it. I’ve since lost 4lbs of that and am looking to lose the other 3.
So: aiming to lose 3lbs in 6 weeks and then maintain at 10 stone indefinitely.Debt free date - 4th December 2008 :j0 -
Morning all :hello:
STS for me again this week, which I'm actually very pleased about as I have been totally stuck to my desk all week and have had hardly any exercise:o Hopefully I will do better in the coming week.
Good Luck

Morning everyone, a 1lb weight loss this week, which i'm pleased about.
I've had a steady Eddy kind of week, where i've not overeaten, but I could have done more on the exercise front.
I'm now at the 11 stone barrier, which I never seem to break through convincingly, so I will re-think my strategy for this coming week.

Morning everyone:D
Thankfully I am back on the weight loss wagon and have managed to shift 1.5lbs this week MrJ is STS
Had a bit of a food disaster last night after my very organised homemade curry had to be thrown away after I discovered that the chicken was manky that I put in it:mad:
At 7pm we were all so hungry that I had to call for a takeaway which I had a few mouthfuls of really and decided that it was just too greasy......bleh, I think I might be going off takeaways alltogether.
Kiwi, can you check the spreadsheet tracker as I have you way over target for your weight loss.
Carole I have added you to the spreadsheet tracker (its in post No1) with a target of 3lbs.
Well done to the losers/STS hope to see more great losses this weekend;)But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I have lost 2lb this week. Louise, could you raise my goal by 14 lbs please? Maybe I should make the goals a bit bigger than just 4 lb!

Hi everyone pleased to report a 2lb loss for this week another 2 and i will break the next number barrier.:j At this moment in time this is the lowest i have weighed in 1 1/2 years so quite chuffed even though still got heaps to go. A bit worried as i am going to a new job which is night shift. I love doing it but i did it before for over 7 years and put on 4 stone so really hoping that being on here will keep me focused and motivated. Well done to all the losers and good luck to all for this coming week.0
