Considering it's been the school holidays and Easter, great results girls!
Lou, sometimes I think that our bodys have their idea of what our ideal weight is, and it's not always the same as what we think it should be, so it fights to hang on to it's comfort blanket.
I am sure your body will give up the fight soon and you will sail to your ideal weight. Anybody who does 6 mile walks deserves success!I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -
Sensible advice :A
According to weight charts I need to lose 2.5 stone, whereas I think I only need to lose 1.5 stone to look good. BTW, I am a size 12 now, aiming for a 10 - so not sure what size I would be at my 'ideal' weightSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

Well done BlimusOreilly :T:T.
I agree with you Shoe Gal, although the saying is, 'you can never be too rich or too thin', I think it should just say too rich!
There is a programme on telly, that I catch a bit of most weeks, and it is following a group of super skinny people who need to put on weight, they do not look good at all. A size 10 would be amazing anything less is surely reserved for prepubescents.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. Morning everyone:)
I am off food shopping in a bit and as I am back to work tomorrow I need to be super organised food wise especially as Monday and Wednesday I work 9am-9pm which means lunch and dinner at work.
Just sat looking through old slimming world magazines as I am determined to get this weightloss jolted into action.
Have a good day everyone:cool:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
