    Morning everyone.

I have lost 4lb of the 7lb that I gained on my holiday, so I am now back to where I started on the challenge Lou.

It could be worse, and I am going to be much more disciplined this week. I have dusted my 'Shred' exercise DVD and placed it in the machine, so now I just have to start bouncing my way through that, each day ;).
I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Well I really dont know what is going on here, despite having what I thought was a good week the scales say I have PUT ON 2.5lbs *cries*

To be honest I feel like giving up guys:(

MrJ has STS but he did have a lot to drink the last couple of night so I guess that might explain things but I honestly cannot see where I am going wrong.

Well done to all the losers so far:T

    Off to update the spreadsheet..........
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

OK Jinks I wont leave you:D

Off to Metro Centre today which can be dangerous food wise.

Nandos might be the answer as chicken is OK and I can have a salad but it is right near to the Chinese Buffet which the kids love:eek:

No matter what happens I will just have to go for damage limitation.

Beautiful day here so a 6 mile walk will be on the cards this evening.

Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!
