What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning everyone

Good day at work yesterday food wise. Working from home today which can be dangerous but I will distract myself when the urge to snack comes along:D

2 slices of WM toast and a banana for breakfast.

Going to make asparagus tortilla for lunch and a quorn bolagnaise for dinner.

    4 mile walk tonight too:cool:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
