Jinks directed me to this thread, as she keeps encouraging me to eat chocolate and now I'm really really wobbly, instead of a bit wobbly. Keep thinking about joining SW as I don't think I can do it on my own!!

I'm back after visiting my family in England and although I started well, a combination of their fabulous cooking, wine and lots of meals out, courtesy of Tesco vouchers, meant I put on a shocking +7 lb
, I wrote down everything I ate and I have just finished transferring it on to my spreadsheet

I'm jumping quickly back on to the wagon though, so with a bit of luck it will go off with the same enthusiasm that it went on.
