Hi all,
I've been lurking on this thread for a while now but have just struck up the courage to ask if I may join you too?
I've a few stone to lose but past experience shows me that I am much better looking at manageable goals at a time. So my initial goal (after only having lost 7 lbs since last November) is to lose another 4lbs before the 1st June.
I've been yo-yoing around for weeks now - hopefully this thread will help me to keep losing rather than it never really changing.DFW Nerd 941 Proud to be dealing with my debt

Welcome to the thread, small goals are a good idea as they seem more achievable.
