It's sort of good Beanie - if I hadn't put anything on I would have thought I could get away with lattes galore and fry ups, I was getting very bored with dieting so got a break but haven't put on soooo much it seems impossible to lose.... I'm ok with that but need to buy some food... salad is looking good all of a sudden:D!Mortgage OP 2026 £860/2000Mortgage balance: £31,763

Skinty, I so know what you mean about healthy eating all the time, your mind starts to crave really naughty things:o
Funny thing is though, when I do eat something unhealthy I feel really yukky afterwards.
I am defrosting some chicken fillets for a curry tonight, just need to find a low fat curry sauce. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I've STS this week too. Quite happy with that, stressful week plus off work on holiday. Back to it tomorrow

Lou, make you own sauce - bit of water, loads of chopped onions, garlic, cumin, coriander, chilli etc to taste. Cook it for ages, then blitz with a hand blender to make a sauce

Yep, back to work tomorrow
