    Hi Fedup :hello: and WelcomeBlueSmiley.gif

Do you have a good calorie counting mag to get you started? You can buy one in WH Smiths if you don't. They are smaller than a regular mag and will have a title like "Your Greatest Guide to Calories" and have all food calories per type and per supermarket. Also calories for eating out - MCds, KFC, Indian take away etc. They cost about £2 to £3.

    Just a thought:)
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
  • Hi

3lb off for me this week, no idea how, but have had a very stressful few weeks so that's probably got something to do with it. That's the first stone taken care of, on my way to the second!:j
