  • I was going to weigh myself but decided it would make me miserable so I didn't.

I am still walking aiming to average 7000 steps this week and 8000 next week. I like walking and my legs look better so sod the scales.

best of luck avoiding the chocolate folks

Many apologies everyone. I couldn't remember where I signed up for this thread.
I have now weighed myself and need to loose 30lb, which I find a really sacry amount.

I have been unwell over last few weeks, so gave myself the Easter weekend and a kick up the bum this morning. Made a good start and was well behaved at the supermarket. Determined to do this on a tight budget, so went through the cupboards first to find suitable foods for a diet. Daughter 18 and super slim can eat her way through the rest :D

    Hi LouiseJ

I've just been directed towards this thread and 2 weeks ago I started exercising again which I have really enjoyed

I just converted my weight from kilos to stones and had a bit of a shock, realising ideally I want to lose 14lbs and I'll be happier at this point

I have stopped drinking alcohol and now drink lots of pop, eat biscuits, chocolate and crisps. No surprise there then what I need to cut out

I also eat fruit and veg - probably not enough of them though.

I really could do with some tips to help me achieve my aim. I can get weighed at work once a week

Can anyone help me get less cuddly?

    :hello::hello::hello:

I have not much to report from yesterday

    2 slices of wholemeal toast

    1 ham salad sandwich

1 chocolate eclair ( was an airy one though):o

then nothing till late on, had a stinker of a migraine:( so I could only face a few squares of caramel and a packet of crisps:o

Still not weighed myself, I will do later though:cool:

    Hi everyone, and hello fedup:wave:

Sorry you have been feeling poorly Jinks, I hope you are feeling a bit brighter today my friend:A

Just nearly had a full on embarrasing moment in a shop in town as I nearly keeled over, not sure if its down to being hungry although I did eat breakfast or low blood pressure again.

I really should get my blood sugar levels checked too as I often feel faint and far away when I havent eaten for a few hours.

Canny day so far, just had baked pot with philadelphia light (with chives) and a salad.

Tonight will be quorn bolognaise (had to put in a splash of red wine of course;))

    Just eating a muller light.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
