My week has been a disaster. I'll be starting afresh properly from tomorrow.

Whoever said (sorry I can't remember) that it took 3 months to stop feeling hungry...I feel vaguely encouraged that my struggle is normal!

Anyway, have a good week everyone.
I shall try to post everyday whether its been a good day or not

Morning everyone. Reporting in with a loss of 0.5lb - very good when you think of all the chocolate consumed. Now it's all gone, I can commit 100% and intend to use the treadmill every day from now on, no excuses. I'll post every evening to keep me on the straight and narrow.

I like the idea of distraction but hate both of your choices  I tend to go for either a facepack or filing my nails :D

I have mine with canderel (other brand names are available):D

I have just polished off the last of the bread and butter pudding but that was my lunch.

Must start this decorating now, just been for the paint.
