What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    :cool:Egg sellent shaggy lol.

I've just been on the scales and lost 2 lb since last weeks weigh in, which i'm chuffed with.

I am approaching the weight loss the same way as I got rid of my debt and it seems to be working better for me this way.

i.e. I have a food diary, where I write down everything I eat and the calories and a calorie budget for the week that I need to come in under to lose weight. Three lots of exercise in the week are my bonus losses and safety net (how anal is that :rotfl:.)

My reward when I get to 10 stone 9 lb (target 1), is a new gym kit and trainers, (you should see what I go to the gym in at the moment, to cover me bumps up  ).
I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.

Sounds like that approach would work for me but still trying to pay off debts at the same time - so might be a bit of an overload.

However I have lost 1 lb this week - no idea how - probably just a bit more exercise and a bit less chocolate!! Fingers crossed for this week.
