What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

My first week sn't going so well either.
DH is around, so nibbles, alcohol and a routine that means no where to fit the exercise.
He's away again next week :)

Well yesterday didn't go quite as planned. Instead of my Boxing Fitness class, I succumbed to the lure of America's Top Model and 1/2 a bottle of wine, and was snoozing by 8.30 pm.

But, overall i've been quite disciplined this week, so i'm going to make a quick recovery from the wee blip.

Keep up the great work! Gold star for Elfen! I feel for you Cloud_cuckoo_land and Frankie, the lure of home cooked baking, nibbles and alcohol so easily accessible is just sooooo tempting.

Morning everyone. Right - a shiny new month so a fresh start with my healthy eating and not dtrinking. I'm declaring that from today, I won't eat junk and will stay well away from alcohol, I promise. I intend to post on here every day to stay motivated. Just been for a bracing dog walk (it's chilly and very windy here) and am about to tackle the ironing mountain. Have a good day everyone xx

Well today hasn t went well at all, didn t get out of work until 5.45pm when I started at 7.50am.I really hate the last working day and the first working days of the month
After work had to go shopping, which meant nothing to eat so I ended up grabbing a greggs sausage roll:o.It also means I haven t done any excersising.
So I now pledge to excersise and eat well tomorrow or I can t have my glass of wine I like to have on a friday .
