    Hi Louise,
I'm a newbie and need to lose at least a stone - can you put me on the spreadsheet or is it too late?

I sympathise spud, it's so difficult for the weight to come off, but boy it gallops back on..

This is soooooooo true. I'm scared of the damage I could do this weekend:EasterBun

I'm trying to get my head in the right place
    • I will eat only 1 Easter Egg (is that allowed? :))
    • I will try not to drink
    • I will eat a nice Easter Meal but THAT WILL BE IT. I will not eat continuously from Good Friday to Eater Monday:eek:

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Oh Buffy, that seems a lot to have put on if you've been good. Has it gone on gradually over the month or suddenly?? If suddenly, could it be water retention? When I watch the biggest loser they can swing the scales quite dramatically, when they want to put on weight and game play, by drinking loads of water.

It might be worth getting it checked out by a nutritionist or doctor if it continues. Hopefully though your body is just taking time to catch up with your new regime and April will be your month.

Congratulations shaggydoo on being debt free :T:T:T:T. Post on here if you are feeling weak over the weekend and hopefully one of us will be strong enough to say DON'T DO IT - A MOMENT ON THE LIPS A LIFETIME ON THE HIPS!!!

Morning all you lovely slimmers. Just back from a weekend away and have gained 0.5lb this week. Oh well, considering what we ate and drank that's fine by me. Back to normal now so starting afresh - will give up the booze (yet again) and get back to healthy eating. Let's not worry about the Easter weekend - and if we decide to indulge in a little bit of chocolate, we need to promise to exercise it off - that's my coping strategy anyway. Bye for now xx
