I'm doing OK but seem to have got back into the treadmill just recently. I've been on it for at least half an hour every day. Will build the time up and increase the running to walking ratio slowlyIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Hi Louise - I'm back on track now and reporting in this week with a loss of -1lb Not much but I'm intending to take it slow. 20 weeks to my hols so plenty of time. 9lbs left to go.

hello:wave:, another 1lb off for me which I'm very chuffed about as I've been a bit naughty:o. Not counting on losing any next week as me and DS are away for a few days so there will be lots of eating out:o (lots of walking too though).
