Morning everyone. Stayed the same this week - no surprise there - but back to work on Monday so hopefully when back in routine, will start losing again. I'm joining a new running club for beginners next Tuesday, looking forward to that. Have a lovely weekend everyone xx

Disappointed to report I've stayed the same this week so 0lb for me.:(
Next week's plan of attack is to count every WW point that goes into my mouth.

Stephy your 1lb gain will be the muscle you've gained from the walking as muscle weighs more than fat ;)

    Thanks Louise

    Morning everyone:)

STS for both me and MrJ this week but we did manage a 6 mile walk yesterday and plan one for today so that should get things moving again.

Tapas was lovely but I didnt have too much so hopefully no damage for next weeks weigh in.

I noticed lots of BBQ's about this weekend due to the nice weather........leathel they are:eek:

Have a good day everyone, try to be good:A

I have also tidied up the Spreadsheet Tracker and removed all members who have not partaken in this 10 week challenge so far.

If you have been removed but would like to be added back then just let me know:D

BBQs can be quite healthy Lou as long as you stick to chicken/fish/veggies:D. I on the other hand have been a bit naughty this week and despite walking about 6 miles each day have put on 2 lb:o....
only upside is I'm DYING for healthy food now!
