Had a fabulous week weight loss wise in the J house I have lost 2lbs and MrJ has lost 1.5lbs:jWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0

STS this week which is fine by me as I've been ill with a horrible eye infection and couldnt open my eye and my face blew up like a balloon so I didnt venture out the house for 2 days cause I looked so hideous lol!0

Well done to all the losers I am afraid i am not one of them my scales are heading in the wrong direction and i have put on +3lbs:( so i am not a happy camper. Not had my dog for a couple of weeks as i was working 12hr shifts but got him back now and on hols for 2 weeks so hoping i can spring (erm maybe not eh?) into action and start reporting some loses. Have to admit i was a bit shocked when Louise said we are due to start a new challenge as that means i have done naff all this one:o Anyway hope this is a good week for everyone xx0
