Sorry Scrooge I dont understand BMI either, I just monitor my body fat by the size of the muffin top over my jeans:rotfl:

STS for me this week despite having a good week food wise with lots of exercise:mad: (I havent been to the loo for a few days though:o) MrJ has lost 0.5lb which means we are both neck and neck with the amount we need to lose to target.

    This might get competetive:D

Keep up the good work everyone, summer clothes will look fab on our newly streamlined figures:beer:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Well THAT was a big mistake for my self esteem..........

I have just tried on some holiday clothes from several years ago that I thought I might fit into again.............NOT EVEN CLOSE:(

Some of them I fit into 2 years ago when we had our last holiday abroad......cant even fasten the buttons on the shorts without cutting myself in two.

Hey Ho.......still have a way to go obviously and not just 4.5lbs that I thought.

Hi Louise - obviously the holiday clothes have shrunk ;)

I thought I was doing too well over the past couple of weeks - this week's result is +0.5lb :( Very disappointed.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Well done Utopiah, fantastic effort. You are so close to your goal, one final great, big push and you're there.

    You can do it.
I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.

Hi everyone unfortunately i am STS this week and totally depressed cause that means in 5months i have only lost about 10lb which is pathetic and i know i only have myself to blame but still annoying.
Well done to all the losers and hope that i am in a more cheerful and motivated mood next week. Keep up the good work everyone xx
