Hiya everyone, well doctor has put me on the generic brand of alli at last so its official i'm fat enough to warant medical help i don't actually eat much fat but what it is doing is acting as a back up when i feel tempted to eat crisps or a couple of chips I'm to frightened to do in case of 'accidents'
lost another pound this week though... thats 19 in total and at last i seem to have dropped a dress size ! I've such a tiny frame (nicely covered in fat lol) that it takes forever for me to go down dress sizes.. so well chuffed well done everyone else on your losses! can you belive we started this 5 months ago!! get rid of all the pounds by summer !!

Finally all the past few week's efforts are starting to pay off. This week's results are -2lbs!! Now back at my WW goal weight and only 4lbs to go to my holiday goal weight. Woo Hoo!! :jI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
