Well done to everyone who has lost. I want to start again but decided to do mini goals so can you put me down for just 7lbs please Louise. Maybe if i just have smaller chunks i might be more motivated. I start my new job tomorrow night so it seems the right time for a new weightloss challange.

Hi Lou

I haven't posted for a while due to computer problems and being able to get back into some of my old clothes. I thought i'd stop awhile and wear some of them, before continuing on my journey. Total loss to date is 17lbs and I'd like to start again from Monday please, aiming for another 14 off.

Had a chilli chicken burger form Burger King for lunch which to be honest was a bit rank, off to do a 6 miles walk with OH as penance;)

I have updated the SS weightloss tracker and have added another column for our 10 week summer challenge.
