We had a lovely day Lou, absolutely gorgeous walk round a local country park.
Seeing the photo has really depressed me and made me realise I will need to do something about it NOW !!!!
You're gorgeous by the way. I'd love to be small and feminine but that'll never happen. Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I don't feel gorgeous this morning Spud........off to get my hair done later which should improve matters:o
Hope everyone is OK, lovely day out there.
I feel really bloated today so plan to eat really lightly (if I dont get totally famished that is)
B - Bran flakes with Skimmed milk
L - Salmon and cucumber wholemeal roll
D - Might just have egg and oven cooked chips
Snacks will be fruit....bought some strawberries yesterday so I might have them with a yogurt.
Keep the faith everyone:beer:

Hello,
Do you mind if I join in ? having been trying to lose a stone on and off for sometime keep going back to ww and then not going back the next week as fallen off the wagon. I have decided to carry on with ww best I can and weigh in every friday at home as cannot really afford the meetings.
Its by birthday in 5 weeks and would love to lose 7lbs by then, so I will post my weight tomorrow and every friday if thats ok.
Thanks
