No yesterday :rotfl:- they were from M&S. They looked so lovely and the packaging was to die for..... and they semed quite cheap.....:p

Shaggy
Ps did I mention I got into my shortsWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Weighing in early as have got a busy weekend planned including bbq, ice skating, shopping & swimming lol
Anyway I am happy to report a 2lb loss0 -
Hello,
All motivated today, need to lose weight so I have something other than jeans and a vest top to wear during the summer.
Counting ww points again, allowed 19 a day:
breakfast: rice krispies and milk
lunch: tuna salad and muller light
tea: fish, potatoes and veg
snacks: veg & houmous, fruit, alpen light bar and french fries.
Exercise planned: 1hr walking and spin tonight but might kill me as not been for months !!!
Have a good day all.

That all sounds very healthy Skintmummy:)
I have been to the seaside with OH and had a half lot of fish and chips....walked 3 miles there and 3 miles back though:A
A bit tired now so think I will have a kipBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
2 hours asleep :eek::eek::eek:
Still not hungry at all, might just have a poached egg on toast later if I feel like it.
Just been upstairs and sorted out all my summer clothes, if things were so tight that I couldnt fasten them I have put them in a charity bag.
My reasoning is that at almost 40 I am not going to fit into something that I used to wear in my 20's.....end of. I dont think I want to be 7 stone nowt again anyway:cool:
Pleasingly I have almost everything I need for my holidays and only need 2 pairs of shorts, a pair of evening sandals and a couple of new bras. If I hadnt lost the recent weight I would have to buy a whole lot more!
Still lovely out there. Maybe its our summer challenge thats brought the sun out:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Hope you feel better soon Jinks xxxx
Maybe the sudden change in food has brought it on?
Anyway today I had- ham sandwich
- chicken curry and chips
- banana
and shush, it was too hot to eat properly:p:heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -
A 2 hr sleep Louise ! I wish I love having nap in the day, dont get much chance with a 5yr old in the house. Good news on the holiday clothes last yr when I went I had to buy a whole new lot as nothing fitted, and I cannot get back into yet which is very annoying.
Never made it to spin been suffering with headaches this last week, and was very busy at work today, so by 5pm by head was banging
Have been thinking for ages about not going to the gym anymore and just walking and sticking to points, as I walk for about an hour a day, surely this is enough exercise for me
Foodwise still doing ok, but very nearly gave in to a chocolate bar to help my headache  but managed to resist.
