Can you put me down for 10lb please - I really need to loose the muffin top! Wore shorts and a brown vest down the beach today..............looked like a choc chip muffin!

Oh, when I read that, I was almost ready to take a bite out of you :rotfl:. Welcome to the Wanabee Beach Babes Society. WBBS.

2lb off for me Lou. I'm going totally AF for June too shaggydoo, so far so good, keep up the great work!!!
I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.
  • Not a bad beginning at all - I lost 2lbs this week so am quite happy with that. I'm not sure if its cheating to have given blood yesterday :rotfl:
I've actually got more than 14lbs to lose, but am working on a stone at a time - is that ok for the spreadsheet or will it confuse things?

    Cheers all

right, let's call the last few days a bit of a 'slow burner' i've been putting things into place so I can start properly tomorrow. I'll have 9 weeks left but will still have my target as 20 pounds.
