it is half term though and I have worked my !!! off these last few weeks.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

A mini blow out before you tackle the next 10 week challenge, is a fab idea. If I'd read this post last night i'd have joined you :).

    Well done elfen!

1 lb off for me this week Lou.

    Thanks for all your support.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Good Luck everyone and have a happy bank holiday weekend.:D

    Hi All

I've lost 2lb this week. I had a lovely weekend away last week and apart from a few sneeky glasses of wine I was quite careful. Yeah onwards and upwards

    Well done everyone
