What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

STS for me this week Lou.

I've been pretty good on the eating front, but i've not managed to exercise much.

I commit to seven days of, "The Shred DVD", before next week's weigh-in.

I spent 50p yesterday on one of those weighing machines in Tesco, which talks to you and alerts everyone in the shop that you are about to weigh yourself. It tells me that my BMI is 25% and my body fat index is 16%. I can't understand why my BMI is quite high and my BFI is quite low, i've googled it, but I am still none the wiser. Can anyone help?

    All the best everyone.
