Sausage mash and gravy sounds delish and not remotely healthy or diety :D

How often do you do extra easy days? I've always just stuck to the red and green

OH does them every day and I do them if I fancy a bit of fish or meat:D

Its the slimming world plan Elfen, I used to go to the group but it is a bit pricey so I decided to start this thread instead for anyone wanting to shed some lbs.

Here is a link for you, there is a 7 day free menu for the Extra easy plan.

Ah. I can't do a lot of that......it contains the evil gluten.....

I am announcing now that I have had my last bar of dairy filled chocolate. From now on, I shall steer clear of the choccy and eat fruit instead.

I love those sausages too Louise, they aren't too bad on WW either, but I like baby boiled potatoes and cauliflower and lots of cheese sauce (asda do an instant one that's not v calorific). Very yummy and doesn't seem diet food at all:D.

    Hi all :j

Just popping on to say I will continue on as well please Louise - lost a measly half pound this week making a total lost of 5lb since we started. Will stick to original total, so now a 9lb weight loss in the next 10 weeks. Might be a tricky since I'm off to Switzerland for a week before Easter, but heyho I know if I didn't have to report & get support - on here I would be gaining not losing.:D

Morning everyone. Lost 3.75lb - woohoo! Oh the relief - after weeks of messing about - now I'm on the straight and narrow. So Louise not sure how this affects your spreadsheet cos I know we're starting a new 10 week challenge today. I now want to lose another 7.75lb, sorry to mess your spreadsheet about so soon but I'd started my own spring challenge last Monday. I'll leave it to you to decide how to score me! Elfen - I have dreadful bloating problems when I've had certain bread products - can you tell me what foods you avoid to stay well? Thanks. Bye for now xx
