    Hello:wave:, 2lb off today:j:j:j.

Skinty you are doing so well, only 7lbs away from your target weight:beer:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Is it ok for me still to post so that I can maintain the loss, I dont want to go up by more than 2Lbs, or lose any more, but without the discipline of weekly weigh and post I am likely to fall by the wayside and put it all back on Thanks

Of course you can, you can be our inspiration:D:T

    Right............

Get thee to the spreadsheet and tell me what you want me to do for your target for the next 10 weeks young lady:A

I have just had a fantastic dinner of 1 syn sausages with SW chips, fried onions (in frylite) and dead thick gravy.

Twas lush and I still have a toffee mullerlight yogurt to eat.

  • Hi Louise

I would like to carry on with my aim of 42lbs in total. I have lost 10 to date, as I put one back on.

    Thanks for the good work

I will Lou. I definitely need to carry on and get back on track. What do you reckon? Start afresh on week 1 from tomorrow and put the previous 10 weeks behind me?

We havent got much in the way of diet food in this week. I will limit any damage by strict portion control and will try to do some treadie or cross trainer every day. Need to plan a SW shopping list for next weekend's shop. What sausages were they Lou?

I have started mine and OH's record back to zero and put a target to start from scratch with, so has Shoegirl so you are not alone:A

The sausages were the eat smart ones from Morrisons but Tesco do them too:D

Tesco Light Choices, Cumberland Pork Sausages, Reduced Fat, 8 pack, chilled 57g each

Total comfort food on an extra easy day, sausages with mashed potatoes and onion gravy............nomy nom nom

I like to swap between extra easy days and green days but OH has extra easy every day.

Just have to remember you can only have 1 HEA and 1 HEB instead of 2 but you can combine anything at all from your red and green stuff. So........chops with veg and roast pots, gammon with egg and chips.....

Sausage mash and gravy sounds delish and not remotely healthy or diety :D

How often do you do extra easy days? I've always just stuck to the red and green
