    Please keep as it is Louise i need to start Mon with new resolve as not lost much this past few weeks and i was doing well so hopefully this time...........
    Thanks for taking the time to do this again Louise with the last one at least i lost 10lb which i wouldnt have done if you hadnt started this thread

    Hi Louise - can you reset my target to 10lb please and start me at nil to give me a fresh start. Thanks very much. I shall post more regularly from now on cos need the support and motivation. My intention is to walk more and eat healthily and I WILL lose these 10lbs! There, I've said it now in public so that means I must do it! Good luck everyone xx

    Is it ok for me still to post so that I can maintain the loss, I dont want to go up by more than 2Lbs, or lose any more, but without the discipline of weekly weigh and post I am likely to fall by the wayside and put it all back on Thanks

    Can I join in please ? Id love to lose 10lbs,that would take me down to 9st 6lb.Im hoping to do this by uping the excersise from non existant to 30 mins 3 times a week.Also from cutting right down on the wine.I have a soft spot for semillion chardonnay .:whistle: You s are all doing so well.
