Hi sazzle, yes the photo card thing just seems like a way of getting more money out of you!
I wasn't sure what to do about that messageso haven't replied yet. Was just thinking of saying thanks for pointing it out, hadn't noticed. :rotfl:

So tired today, have OH's cold so can only breathe through one nostril and felt dire at work.
Plus OH didn't sleep well so I kept waking up, then at 5.30am a fox started screaming or something. So that woke me up too.
Have done no housework today except the dishes as am so knackered. It's really foggy tonight, glad I'm tucked up in the warm with OH and the cats.
Got some money through from free clicks - undecided whether I will use it for Flooring fund or to put it towards one of the ccs. Waiting on a few payments coming through so hoping to be much nearer my target for the laminate flooring. :TSuccess is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Judging by how some people act on Dooyoo think you might be right about sending a message to say thank you for pointing it out and you will keep to those constraints in future:p!!!
Some people really do need to get out more (and that's not just me!)
Hope you are feeling better soon - I'm a week into school term so have the usual cold. Very annoying!!NSD -5/20

In pain today as was running a bit behind this morning and marched out the door to work only to go flying on the black ice.
I landed on my back on the pavement and my back has been really sore all day - also scraped my palms.
Feeling very tired and sore, so OH is doing the washing for me and making dinner. Think he is making a Spanish omelette yum. :T
Not got much to add really, just grr at damn ice! And still have to get started with the job search, really hate job hunting and find it hard to motivate myself. I usually end up depressed as I don't have the right experience for the jobs that would be suitable.Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. :rotfl:Yes, there are some strange people on Dooyoo but overall it's usually quite nice for a review site!

Got £4 through from another Pinecone survey today, so that's going towards the Flooring fund. :j Also OH paid the money he got from the Jackpot Joy game off his Capital One card without any prompting.
Only two more days to the weekend thank goodness. New series of Grey's Anatomy starts tomorrow night on Living as well.OH pretends to hate it but really he loves it too - funny how he always has to be in the room when it's on.
My back is still sore from my fall yesterday but luckily it didn't bruise much. Work was as usual and I really really need to start job hunting. Keep telling myself I have another 6 months to find a job and it makes me lazy.
Will probably go to the admin bank interview next week so will need to prepare for that as well. Planning on doing some shopping for OH's birthday afterwards as have nothing and don't get paid until next Friday. It's difficult to buy things for him without him knowing since all our money is in a joint account.Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Got some more money through from Pinecone today as well as £7.45 from reviewing on Ciao. :j So £10 has gone to the Flooring fund and the odd amounts to my Barclaycard.
Was good tonight and made cheese and onion pasties for dinner even though was knackered and wanted something easy. Luckily was too lazy to go out to the chippy.
A couple of friends dropped in as well tonight which was nice, really should see them more as we all live in the same town.
Waiting for the new series of Grey's to start - not long now...:D
Oh also won £6.60 on the free fishing game this morning. :j Not enough to withdraw but it's still free!
Friday tomorrow. :TSuccess is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £10,546, Car loan CC 0% BT £5200. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.0 -
Yay Friday. :j Was getting a bit ratty at work this afternoon, was so desperate to get away.
Going to Edinburgh tomorrow for lunch with my friend and to see her new flat. It's going to skint me though as the train fare is about £15 for a return.
OH's cheque from surveys cleared so he paid that off his cc. :T He's being very well behaved lately.
My youngest cat keeps jumping in front of the laptop - he is bringing me his ball to throw. He likes to play fetch, yes he's weird! Getting a bit annoying now though since he keeps patting me when I pretend not to see the ball. :rotfl:Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Well, meant to be in Edinburgh but no reply from friend so don't know what's happening. The longer I sit in the house the less I feel like moving!
Have two cats on my knee keeping me nice and warm. Got £37 through from free clicks today but not sure what to use it for - maybe some towards the Flooring fund and some to ccs or OH's birthday.
Not really sure what I will be doing today now, probably not a great deal I suspect.Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £10,546, Car loan CC 0% BT £5200. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.0 -
Friend has the flu and forgot we were meant to be meeting today.
Just my luck - oh well it saved me spending about £30 anyway.
Just chilled out with OH and the cats, mostly spent the day reading, am reading the Sookie Stackhouse books that the tv series "True Blood" is based on. Wasn't keen on the first book but the second is much better.:)
Also was good and wrote a new review of a book I finished the other day - haven't put it on either review site but now have it ready when I want to post it.
OH is making me hot chocolate now, he is a good man most of the time and takes good care of me...7 years of careful training have been worth it.
Headed out to Asda and spent £45 - ouch. That was us behaving and not putting junk in the trolley!Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £10,546, Car loan CC 0% BT £5200. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.0
