Think you said it yourself that the admin work would be good for the experience but if it pays less and costs more to get there, I'm not so sure!
    Sorry that's really rubbish advice!!!

Well work was very busy and I remembered why I really don't enjoy it. Why do I always seem to get jobs where I have to talk to people all day? I don't like people! :rotfl:I booked another day of annual leave so I have the option to go the admin bank interview if I decide it's worth it.

Got £1 through to Paypal from Lightspeed, so that's going towards my Flooring fund. OH has already sold one of the things he put on Ebay, was only about £18 but better than nothing. Not sure where that money is going but should be going towards our O/D which was quite big this month due to Christmas.

I'm hungry and don't know what to have for dinner. OH is getting annoyed with me as I can't decide what I want.

Hmm, don't think I have anything else to waffle about for now. Must eat.

    Hi Sashybo
Thanks for the reviews on Dooyoo. Very impressed with your book reviews to the extent I ordered some from the library.
Hope you have a better day at work today!

Hi again Sazzle, glad you enjoyed my book reviews - I will make my English degree useful for something!:p

Got £4 through to Paypal from Pinecone today, my flooring fund is adding up nicely.
Work was very busy again today and feeling very tired.

Went to Morrisons after work today - I went in for milk and cheese and came out with 2 bags of stuff. I felt like rice pudding, so bought pudding rice (after walking past it a few times and then having to ask where it was! :rotfl:) Also bought creme eggs - can't believe the shops have them already! Needed beer after yuck day at work so that went in the basket too. Managed to spend £16 on not a lot, so not very impressed with myself.

Finally got my cousin coming over this weekend to tile my bathroom floor. :j Tiles were lying around for 3 months, then found out that slate is not a good idea as it's hard to cut. Then had to swap the slate tiles for stone effect ceramic.`

Anyway, off to check my rice pudding in the oven plus OH keeps trying to read what I'm writing over my shoulder.:naughty: :rotfl:

    Hi Sashybo :hello:

Creme Eggs?! Already?! That's slightly depressing. I feel like a pudding too - yes the shape of one :(
So no Creme Eggs for me!

My mum gave me Cadbury's mini eggs for Christmas because she saw them in Somerfield. It used to be the way you knew Christmas and the sales were over, they filled the shelves with Easter stuff.
I have put on 2 stone since finishing work, so definitely pudding shaped, or maybe a jelly??

Sashybo , have been catching up and realised I really must get into this reviewing malarky. Tried mystery shopping but its not for me, I'm not a good enough actor, and don't like fast food. Daily clicks is soooo boring, but at least it adds up a bit.

:rotfl:Mac, I'm sure you're not a pudding, you either gilly! I really should be a pudding with the amount of rubbish I eat - I have a very sweet tooth. :o

Gilly, the reviewing is quite good once you get into it, I don't make a lot of money from it but it's still extra and I enjoy writing too. I post on Ciao.co.uk and Dooyoo and you can post the same review on both sites as long as you note that the review is posted elsewhere.

Well, work very busy as we are on a virtual network and so many people are not making it into work due to the weather. It's sooo cold, I hate it!

Went to the solicitor's tonight with OH to sign our wills. We actually remembered to do the Will Aid thing in November and got both of our wills done for a lot cheaper than it would normally cost.

Really tired and really wish I didn't have to go to work tomorrow. :( Will have to have a creme egg to cheer myself up. :D

Need to visit my sister as she still has my roasting tins from christmas and she has the second Twilight book, which I want to borrow. :o Sad but true, I'm actually quite enjoying the Twilight books. Sister built the bookcase for my nephew that we bought for his christmas and promised to build. So want to see what that looks like up too.

Should really do some reading and rating on Ciao and Dooyoo but don't know if I can be bothered.

My youngest cat has wedged himself under my arm and is resting his head on the laptop. The two ladies are snoozing next to the laptop, think they are enjoying the heat. They're keeping me nice and warm though, plus I have a blanket. :D

OH is agitating the cats by going into the kitchen and rustling packets - they thought about moving incase he was making something nice but then thought better of it. :rotfl:

Very glad it's Friday as work was very busy again. As I mentioned on the pad thread, some b*gger in the flat below has varnished something so all the nasty fumes are currently making their way into my living room.

Just sitting with the cats and laptop watching Scrubs which is strangely addictive once you start watching it! Is it wrong that I actually sat and watched the new series of 90210 on E4 the other night?! I think it's aimed at teenagers. :o:rotfl:

Oh well, did a Lightspeed survey earlier and got enough points for £1 in Paypal and went to redeem. The swines have changed it so the lowest amount you can redeem for is £3. Not impressed. Lightspeed have been going downhill for a while though - they offer less points for the same length of survey now.

My boy cat is absolutely determined that he WILL stretch out over the whole laptop - nugget that he is! Keep having to move him and he's giving me the unimpressed look. He's lying over the touch pad and buttons.

Well, it snowed again last night - not impressed but thankfully not too much fell.

Bathroom floor is currently being tiled so am glad it's finally being done. :j Just need to get some energy to tidy and declutter which is probably not going to happen very soon. My flooring fund is over halfway there though so hopefully will get that saved up and done within a few months.

Not sure what we are up to today, will maybe visit my mum and sister as haven't seen them for a while. Also need cat litter but not sure if we are going to get that today as will need to excavate the car from underneath the snow and ice.

Really need to write another review for Ciao and Dooyoo but am being really lazy and can't be bothered. Won £1 in the free fishing game on Jackpot Joy yesterday though as got 10 free spins. OH got 50 free spins this morning and won £10. :T Think that will be going to his Capital One cc.
