it does show how much is needed to get a good grade. Shame I can't ever claim any of the prep. time. I do wonder if more tutors might get better grades if they were paid for some prep. time rather than it being reliant on doing everything unpaid.

I agree that some teachers might improve their grades with more prep time but it takes more than good planning to get a grade 1. You've got it girl, excellent job well done!But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0

I went in to say thankyou to the person who observed me and she said 'oh, you'll make me cry' and then I told the person I sit next to in the mornings and she started crying as well! It just felt really 'good' and although I really secretly hoped for a number 1, I never dreamed it would ever happen.
