    :eek::eek: Sounds v. painful!

    Oh Dinah, feel like coming to help you with your list! Can your bridesmaids help in anyway? If you're anything like me, I bet you actually WANT to do it all yourself, I'm too much of a perfectionist, I'd probably do the same!

    Lol yep sounds like we're cut from the same cloth! One bridesmaid is coming today, she's going to help cut out the pics for the luminaries, and maybe help with the table plan. The other two are coming thursday, to tie their bouquets, and to ice all the cakes. I'd happily give someone my honeymoon ironing to do though!!!

    I'm planning on taking codeine before I go! I've never had my underarms done, but I have had my legs done and it hurt like !!!!!!y. Eyebrows are quick so I don't mind them.

    I know, if there's anything we can do remotely tell us! Can we do the sweetie bar sign and you just print it?

    You can get the cards online at Marksies if it helps not to have to go shopping? - http://www.marksandspencerpersonalised.com/
    (I used them on a grabbit here and thought they were very fast and nice). :D

    Hello, just catching up - not long now at all at all! I was laughing at the carpet malaise - I guess some things will just never be exciting! Hope your granny is feeling better, poor thing :(

    Thats such a lovely offer - my bride head is clearly on this morning as you've made me cry. If you could do the sweetie bar sign Lara I would be indebted for life! Need two signs max 20cm long x 10cm deep, one reading 'Sweetie bar' and the other 'Please tuck in' - I have a little board with pegs on it to clip the sign to as part of the whole vintage feel of the day (because clearly 50s weddings had signs attached to mini clothes pegs!)

    My printer has died a death today (very oppertune timing!) so mum is going to print everything out at school when no one else is there - I like that the deputy head gets their own keys!

    Stayed up late last night writing out all the answers for the books for the books for NIM, mum and bridesmaids.

    Thanks Tete. They've got an emergency carer in 4 times a day while things get worked out. Apparently the most likely cause is a water infection, so she has anti biotics which would pull her around in a few days, but in elderly people they can be really debilitating. It's scary though, so many old people live alone and it came on so suddenly gran wouldn't even have been able to get to the phone to get help.

  • Fingers crossed the antibiotics will work then. I know what you mean, my grandma is on her own, and she has one of those 'pendant' things to wear with a button on to alert the care people if she falls or whatever and can't get to the phone, but does she ever wear it?! I'm constantly on her back about it but she won't listen, and it's such a worry :(

    Hi Dinah

    Have a look and see if the font and layout are okay - one set has guides for the 20 x 10, the other none. I can do some alternatives if you need :)
