Wow well done Dinah!
I hope everythings going ok and the body hair removal isn't too painful today!!0 -
Hey guys
I'm off to a conference today in Italy, back on Sunday. So good luck with everything Mrs-soon-to-be-NIM! I hope you're delegating. I wish you both a wonderful wedding day and a joyful marriage. I'm sure it will be a brilliant day and I can't wait to hear all about it when you get back from honeymoon. And then the next adventure of living together on your own begins, so much to look forward to. My goodness you have worked hard for it - it seems no time since the very first thread and all the mammoth Amazoning!
(((Huge hugs!))) Lara
P.s. could you use a little brooch or hairpin to disguise the veil if it hasn't improved enough to wear on its own?:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0 -
Thanks Lara, have a great time in Italy.
Hair removal tomorrow Tink, spray tan today (they should soooo be the other way around!)
Speaking of, I have 1 hour 25 mins till spray tan lady comes. Thats how long I have to finish my veil, as once she goes it's crazy baking day.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Omg, please don't do it that way round, I do those for a living and would never recommend it. Plus it's a complete waste of money on the tan front.
Good luck on your wedding though xxNo more spending hard - Time for the scrimping!0 -
Morning! Can't believe it's so close! Like Lara says it seems like only yesterday you were going over to Ireland every other weekend and now we're at this stage - so exciting! As for the cream - I'm fairly sure milk freezes so I'm sure cream would too! Bless your mum, she's obviously just as fraught as you! I'm sure the hair dye isn't noticable, people will be looking at your face not your veil, and if you want to point out how you made it, just show them a different bit! Good luck with the crazy baking!
ETA - Yeah I would have thought the wax would just strip the tan?Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Can't help the way around unfortunately. Only my arms, back and face are on show and none of those are being waxed so for the day it won't make much of a difference. That said I'm getting my eyebrows done - I really hope I don't end up with white stripes under my eyebrows!
Good idea on freezing the cream.
I finished the veil!!! Which is good as I don't want to touch it with spray tanned hands. 30 mins to get other stuff done now before spray tanning and then all the cakes.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Exciting stuff - just withdrew about 95% of my matched betting money into my current account, in the 2 months since I started I made £616 profit - better than a kick in the teeth for no effort at all!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Wow that's a really good return! Definitely need to look into this - it certainly beats 10p for a review which took an hour to write! Well done on finishing the veil and good luck with the tanning!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0
