You can swap points for airmiles, which do flights.

Ambition has always been a problem of mine, I don't really ever see things as not possible, which means by default they very rarely are!

So much for being productive! Not really moved off the sofa all day.

Wrapped prezzies, made soup, ate soup. Took my nail varnish off, done a face mask and had a shower :rotfl: I dont know why i look forward to my days off!

I think that all sounds lovely Lulu! Is it still raining where you are? The sun's come out here and I'm getting itchy to go out in it, shame I'm stuck in my [STRIKE]cell[/STRIKE] office till 5!

Na the rain has stopped but its clouded over again.

OH is home but is watching the footie, so wont be much company.

Its nice to just be chilling out, but it feels like a waste of a day.

Anyone have any nice plans for the weekend?

We're going to a 'World Cup' BBQ at our friend's house tomorrow (the one who tried to charge us last time!) but other than that I'm not really sure what we're up to. Something cheap preferably!

Same here, I hope the weather clears up a bit. Birdie, did you resolve it with them about last time? What's your plan?

Remember me saying I was taking the wedding shortfall out of my sig as we had enough credit if need be to cover it all? Well, turns out I can't add! We're £800 short still. So, mini challenge added to sig. I hope I can make most of this off ebay by the end of the month. If I can then another £1000 will be added to the mini challenge, as then I wouldn't need to combine our debt with my mums. But I can't face a big number like £1800 atm, so sticking to £800! We might still make savings on things, but equally, they might be more expensive, so I'd rather overestimate than underestimate - and its all preemptively clearing the debt anyway. The house costs are about double what we estimated, so at the moment its looking like we might come back off honeymoon with around £6500 debt

Plans for the weekend, very, very busy day tomorrow. A lot of mystery shops, a trip up to Ikea for photo frames, going out to the house to meet another builder, going to try to change my ring, going to the bank etc. Sunday is much quieter, NIM needs to do uni work for the final assignment, so I think I might have an ebay day.

Is £6500 clearable by Christmas? Just think once the wedding's over you'll have bits and bobs to sell from that - were you talking about selling table decs etc?

Haha Birdie, I'd forgotten about your friends trying to charge you :D Not a lot at all planned here, getting a Chinese takeaway tonight (not very wibbly-bums-esque but I don't care) and I'm also going to have quite a lot of wine I think beacuse this has been a week and a half at work :( Sad as it sounds though I'm finishing the week feeling like I've achieved a lot, but there's just so much more to do! Going to watch the England match tomorrow and not do a lot else really. Just going to relax, as w're off to Northampton on Tuesday and Weds, then at a wedding next weekend so it's all go. Going to try and decide on a holiday too!

I'll be working but finish at 2. Tomorrow after work i'll go and see my niece and possibly go to watch the footie somewhere :o Not sure about Sunday yet.

Birdie, have you asked your friend to text you a shopping list? Or have you sent her a text ordering your food, so she can price it up for you? :D
