Our soup is the same Tete! I can give you what I call a recipe Swinstie!
    4 onions
3 bags of carrots (about 3.3kg) peeled and chopped
2 cartons of value orange juice
    A stock cube
    Curry powder
Chop the onions and fry in a little butter over a low heat until soft, stirring often
Pour over the orange juice, add the stock cube and plonk in the carrots
Add about a dessert spoon of curry powder and a little pepper to taste. I fill to near the top of my huge pan with water, if the soup is too thick afterwards you could add more then if you don't have a giant ikea vat!
Let it all boil for about 20-30mins, then blitz in the blender in batches. Freezes for AGES, just grab one the night before you want it, or defrost on the hob or in the microwave.

That sounds really easy, got all the ingredients apart from the orange juice. What kind of stock cube, ok, daft question, I'm guessing a vegetable one right?!

That soup looks yummy awesome. I love making soup at uni and always do it when I have loads of veg to use up or if I get some good reduced stuff! I like using lentils in mine though because its good for protein :)
Thats so good that he takes that everyday though, so cheap and healthy!

Birdie my DY points are 37115 so an increase of.. 6380 not bad for this week I dont think! :) want to up it though really and I only have 1000 points pending

    Morning all,

Soup looks nice Dinah. I am getting very close to the yougov payout level. Just another survey or so should do it (4935). This election is certainly helping with the surveys.

Does anybody know how quickly they pay out. Have used the credit card (yes, I know) for the car servicing the other week so the money would come in useful to pay off the balance.

LOL, good idea about reviewing the nasty perfume! It'll probably turn into a 1000 word rant!

I'm struggling at the minute because I normally write reviews at work (shhhh) but I've been a bit busier recently so haven't had time. When I get home I get caught up in other things and completely forget to Dooyoo!

Yep just a vegetable stock cube.

We now have carrot and orange, mushroom and tomato all in the freezer, so NIM doesn't get too bored. Think we're going to have to invest in a chest freezer at the new house so I can bulk cook, the little built in tall one won't be enough for batch cooking.

My pending points are 19,625 - an increase of 4,400. Not really going anywhere fast and still not even halfway to the cheque yet (even if you counted total points, which are somewhere just above the 21,000 mark) so that's kind of depressing!
