Had my first physio today. Went in under my own power came out on crutches - this feels like anti progress! I have to try to walk a short distance on them every day, and I have a few stupidly easy exercises to do too.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Bit odd-zo with the physio! Guessing the crutches are to stop you putting any strain on your knee inbetween the sessions?? *needless to say is clueless about physio* I'll keep my fingers crossed it works well for you and you don't end up having to go down the surgery route.0

The physio session sounds like it was a bit rubbish, hope it gets better for you.
It is all very exciting about the house, all coming together now!0 -
Seems ridiculous that they've let you hobble about for 4 months and NOW give you crutches *roll eyes* At this rate it's going to be like a soap opera at your wedding, where you take your 'first steps' down the aisle!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Morning all.
I've been having a productive morning updating the blogs and am now working on my wedding book before going to the doctors. I found a photo taken at the weekend and thought I would share it with you. NIM takes soup every day for lunch, but one side effect of Harcombe is he no longer takes canned stuff, I make it for him. As well as being just pure vegetables and a bit of stock, so no additives or anything (and cutting out the uge ammounts of salt and sugar), its a lot cheaper. We invested in some 'Tubz' (£2.02 for a pack of 8 at Tesco) which are freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe and reusable, and then when we go to Tesco on a Sunday to get stuff for whatever cake we're making that week, we also do a reccy of the vegetable aisle to see what is 75% off.
So, 15 servings of carrot and orange soup for £1.10 - certainly beats the 60p or so you pay for a tin of Heinz!
Our deposit arrived yesterday, which is good, so now we're just waiting on Kieran to sort out with the solicitor when we're going to sign the contracts.
Hoping to get the wedding book largely finished today, so I can move onto my business plan for the new idea, and maybe order a few samples which I can include with the plan from comparable US companies.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Can't see the picture Dinah, but would you mind sharing the recipe, that soup sounds delish? I've got home-made carrot and coriander today, very tasty if I do say so myself!
Any idea of a good soup recipe for sweet potatoes?0 -
I've got Covent Garden Leek & Potato today. I'm so boring with soup, I just buy loads of vegetables and chop them up and bang them in, I never think to do a proper soup with a name, it's always an Every-Veg type of thing!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

I'm all intrigued re: the business plan! Hope it all goes well!
Any more news on the wedding front? Only 4 and a bit months isn't it?!
LOL at all the soup, that's an impressive batch! Very good saving too!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

Looks yummy! If you don't mind sharing I'd like the recipe too, sounds like something my family would like!
