As much as I moaned about him he did have his uses - sex;), mowing the lawn and general DIY!!!
I am going to have to learn all this - well maybe not sex:rotfl:
Today I managed to light a fire on the field where the animals are, rubbish has been there ages and I was fed up. Managed to use a lighter without burning myself too much:eek:0 -
Could you perhaps be 'friends with benefits' ??I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Plus of course I don't care whether he is wayward or not as he is not my concern any longer.
How about soon to be ex? STBEX? I have seen that bandied around the forum. Great he now has his own place and cannot mess up your finances any more. Lots of other solutions to mowing the lawn (I do that even though I have a DH although I guilted him into it the other day as my next door neighbour obviously doesn't think women are up to it and offered to do it for me despite me having a fit and healthy DH), find a handy and reasonable costed DIY man or use youtube tutorials and sex, well hmm will have to ponder that. :rotfl::rotfl:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. I had none of those things, so am now even more clueless as to why I tried for as long as I did. However, I do have a man that cuts the grass for me, and am reasonably proficient at DIY. There's a youtube video for everything (and I mean DIY here :rotfl:)Not giving up

I have had a lovely week off - managed to fit in loads of appointments which are hard to arrange when you work full time and are 30mins away in good traffic from your town.
Can't wait until next Saturday as my glasses will be ready - 4 new pairs ordered:j
It might seem excessive but when you wear glasses all the time I feel like I need 4 different ones to mix and match it up.
DD is doing ok with STBEXH - I kept away Tues night, popped round Weds with loads of parcels and more of his stuff and stayed away last night as out with work.
DD is coming to me this afternoon, leaving soon to collect her from school then going to sit at STBEXH house until washing machine comes.
Not sure what we are doing Saturday but on Sunday we are all going to get DS from Uni.
Keeping up to date with YNAB but this shows I am £160 over budget compared to my income - need to adjust some figures and maybe not save as much but I will see how the month goes and then move money out of savings if I need to.0 -
Glad you got lots down.

You looking forward to DS being home?
Yes, although its only been about 6 weeks since he went back after Easter!!
What I am not looking forward to is the mountain of washing that he brings home (because why waste his laundry credits for the last few weeks when he knows he is coming home and mum can do it?) and the fact that most of my kitchen will end up in his bedroom so we will reach the point of nothing in the plate/cup cupboard and a distinct lack of cutlery:rotfl:0
