Echoing redo and lucky. I’m sorry to hear that Mr EE did not heed you and understand how it is that you’ve come to the end of your tether. From reading from the start of your diary you’ve been an absolute brick and the mainstay of your family. I hope 2018 turns out to be a brilliant year for you. Keep us posted. :grouphug: all round.

I completely get it EE. The deceit would get to me and the fact for every step forward you make with your finances he makes things twice as difficult for you. As you say he is a bit like a spoilt child retaliating against a parent because he resents being told what to do. if you were planning on leaving him anyway at some point it might as well be now.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. I'm sorry to read this EE, you have had the patience of a saint!! Hope you're able to enjoy at least some of the build up to Christmas as much as you can, will you son be home? Onwards and upwards, roll on 2018!! xxxStarting debt £18,675.63

Big hugs EE, it just sounds like the straw that broke the camel’s back for you. You’ve been so strong & amazingly patient with your DH for so long that I think you’re right to put yourself first for once.
Just reading your diary, all your efforts seem to be thrown back in your face - I really don’t blame you for finally feeling like enough is enough. You already have 2 children, you don’t want/need your DH acting like your 3rd child.:eek:Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Hope you're OK EE
You've obviously tried very hard to make things work but i'ts impossible to keep papering over the cracks when the wall is crumbling at the foundation. I hope you get the support you need from family and friends. XI Believe.....

EE, oh bless you, I totally understand were you are coming from and you have had so much to deal with that I get why you have said enough is enough. I hope everything works out and you get to move forward in the New year, is your OH going to move out? Also watch for him using the address to take out credit once he does move out, I'm sure you have already thought about him going mad buying things when there is no one to rein him in.
Take care and i'm always here if you want someone to talk to, just pm me.xx0
