I hope William soon gets better. It is a shame about the jewellery, but at least you know what's what now, and can deal with it accordingly

Not got much of my list done at all - not impressed with myself at all.
The marking isn't a massive priority as isn't now due back for a while so going to now get the timer out - 15 mins on 15 off - and see if I can get some stuff DONE.
I know I'll feel awful later if more isn't done, and I really really don't want to feel like that so on with it!!

Yay!! Actually getting stuff done now. Next 15 mins will be upstairs with the clean washing - really procrastinate over putting it all away. My chest of drawers has collapsed, so I need to fashion something that won't involve piles of clothes inviting cats to sleep on and shed on! Have asked for a chest of drawers for my birthday from family (lol - the glamour!!) so hopefully won't be in that situation for long. Been looking on freecycle etc, but most posts are wanted ones not offered, and I have offered loads in the past, but that's just the way it goes I guess.
AND just realised I haven't coloured in any leaves of my debt tree I made or updated my sig recently, so a little look at that later will be useful and hopefully positive!

I sold my gold to Hatton Garden in London as recommended by Martin in the email.

thanks - it's not gold though unfortunately - platinum and diamonds. But I'm sure there is a reason behind it all, so not going to stress *too* much!

William seemed to revive but still very teary, so will have to see how he is in the morning. I am rubbish at seeing if he's just tired/moody etc or actually ill still. His throat did look angry, red and swollen though, and he's not been all that interested in eating today.
Beginning to feel a little anxious about work though, and the thought of what I'll have to catch up on if I miss tomorrow. And of course, goes without saying, I don't want him to be in pain!

Had a good day at work - well, it was successful as got lots of work done!! Had 2 free periods so got a set of books marked and then a whole load of paperwork sorted and divided up so now I have a clear idea of what I need to get done. Has shown me I've got LOADS to do as soon as posisble, as well as the regular marking etc. but at least it's organised now!
Made my list of Christmas cards last night so just need to dig out all the cards I've got already and start writing them.
Swimming lessons for the kids tonight, so off to the pool soon.

hi

Didn't spend anything today
A good thing for me at the moment, although I do need a bag of potatoes to be able to feed the kids tomorrow and Sunday night! I think I'll pick those up tomorrow to keep today spend free.
Got a fair bit of marking tonight, as well as some other things to do in the house. I was meant to be meeting with someone after school but she can't make it so that gives me a bit more time for everything. Really cold here - put the heating on although it's only me and the cats!
Got a strange letter from talktalk saying they are cutting off my broadband and phone, although I'm up to date and everythign like that so I'll be ringing after I've finished my cuppa and calmed down a little.
Identified the chest of drawers I'd *love* and hope that I'll get them fo rCHristmas! Also saw on the Ikea site a 14.99 set that would be perfect for my daughter as well, so would like to get them
Just realised that as I couldn't go to my firends 40th bday party on Saturday due to going to the wedding in leeds, we are meeting on Friday for a takeout (hopefully not more thatn a tenner) BUT I haven't got her a present. I *know* she'd say it was fine, but I want to give her something so will have to think carefully about what to give her. Bit late for making something!
