aw - thanks hun - feeling better for cuppa and that.

That feeling of being overwhelmed I was talking about yesterday? Got it today!!!

However, just got some bad news - a good friend's girlfriend just been admitted to hospital suffering a miscarriage, so sad, so going to look after their little girl while he goes to see her this afternoon. So won't get what I had planned done, but this is obviously more important. Hopefully everything will be ok, as she's now on a morphine drip and so if obviously suffering badly.

Going to make some banana bread to take with me - his little girl will love some I'm sure!!

    Much love to you all.

    Hi

Well, got a few things done this weekend - christmas cards, apart from the ones i'm sending the ones from S's school that she's made, all done. Will be posted once I get paid and buy the stamps.

Usual stuff done this weekend - washing etc. Didn't get much decluttering done unfortunately. But I have had a very positive day - went to a great meeting this afternoon. Now just marking books and chatting to the kids. They'll be off to bed before long and then it'll be more marking, getting their lunches ready for tomorrow and mine too. Swapping over washing and general prep for the week.

Hopefully I will get some more decluttering done throughout the week and get house ready for my mum's visit on friday, as she's arriving while i'm at work. Got parents evening on Wednesday - :( - don't like them as get really stressed out as forget the students names, which makes me look useless when actually I do know them, it's just being put in that situation that I don't like!! Worst part of the job!! Well, one of them lol.

Hope all having a good Sunday.

Lol!! I try all that Buffy - but I've got nearly 90 yr 7s coming, we don't get photos provided, and the majority of them ignore the appointment times lol!!! I do actually enjoy it once I know who they are, or can just recall their names...it's just that first panic that actually makes me forget their actual name, let alone which class they are in!!

Still wading through the marking. Over halfway through the first set of books. Blurgh.

Its hard itsn't it, especially when they have similar or the same names.

our parents have to stick with the appointments otherwise teachers refuse to see them.

    mental arguments ensue but hey!
