MarchI'm amazed how well HET treat me for comps and the Bellagio has always struck me as nice enough but like Ferf I'd like to try the Venetian sometime in preference.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Just had a look on the seating plan, do they walk off the stage on the right or left side?? (I dont soppose it would make too much differene, oh cannot wait to see them). Did you buy something so they could autograph it? Or is the ticket sub big enough for them to sign??
Thanks, for this Jodi x
They walk up through the middle really and via the centre exit (although from memory can only remember one in any case at that level)
They do a flyer for the show that they can autograph and they are free. The tickets are also quite big and can be signed. I got a frame when i got home and put a picture of meeting them both (they seperate) along with a flyer and signed ticket).
Beware however i tried to iron the ticket to make it flat and it sent it completely black on the one side where they signed so keep it flat and dont make my mistake!!
I m sure we got buy one get one free with the ticket as well if you hunt about. Also you get to go on stage before the performance to sign a large sheet of paper and to examine something that is used in a trick. I loved the show so enjoy!!0 -
MayI have a dilemma...we are looking to book a week at PH for OH's birthday end of February. We live in Newcastle and I've found a decent deal with BA flying NCL-LHR-LAS and vice versa. This is the ideal route but I'm really nervous of booking this though in case they strike
Our other option is to travel to Manchester and go United via Philly, but this bumps the price up what with travel and hotel costs.
Does anyone else have this predicament about BA? I can't decide what to do :undecided
Unite are balloting at the moment for further strike action and the February half-term looks likely if it goes ahead.
However I believe that BA managed to operate 100% of their long haul flights during the previous industrial action, it was short-haul that was affected.
I understand your concern as you would be flying from NCL-LHR. I take it there is more than one flight from NCL to LHR to get you there in time for the long haul flight?
In the event of a strike they are likely to run one of the NCL-LHR flights and consolidate everyone onto that. Or put you on a flight with another carrier. Or you could get the train to London.
Just make sure you take out travel insurance as soon as the flight is booked. Then you will be covered for industrial action as long as the dates have not already been announced.
What dates are you looking at and is the price booking the hotel with BA or direct with the hotel?0 -

MarchI don't think I'd even consider BA at the moment even with the sale fares- although long haul ran OK last time I don't believe in adding stress by booking an airline which I have doubts about when there are other carriers who aren't balloting to strike.
I'd pay £510 to fly Delta via Ebookers instead of United for £700 from NCL though. Routing is NCL AMS Portland LAS going out and LAS MSP AMS NCL coming back for your dates (found on www.kayak.com). I'd rather have the extra change than shelp down to Manchester or have the stress of wondering what BA CC might do..I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

January , Februarythanks duchy, I agree, if I booked BA (incidentally it looks like the dates I want are half term, so even more chance of strike) I'd only be stressing for the next 2 months instead of getting excited about the trip.
I will take a look at those flights. xx0 -
MarchI love kayak-it often shows up fares on ebookers that don't come up on a direct search.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
