AprilHi there,
Looking for advise again please, my partner and I are looking to go to Vegas in December.
Sorry to do this here guys.
Hi Jodi - I have tried contacting you by PM a few times about the LVA Member Reward book as you were the closest number. If you are no longer interested please can you let me know as I would need to post to the runner-up by this weekend to have enough time before her trip.
Thanks!Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
October , NovemberHello from Vegas.
Lagasse's stadium at Palazzo has the mobile betting too. There are more Sportsbooks introducing it in the near future too.
Regarding the change of hotels, we have done it three times so far.
1 - Golden Nugget to Orleans, where we checked in at around 10 am.
2 - Orleans to Bill's, where we checked in at 9 am (we had a day trip planned so just wanted to get rid of the bags, but the room was ready.)
3 - Bill's to Rio, where we checked in at around 10 am too.
Ferf, was it Wizard of Suds that had the dryer breakdown? That sucks!
For future reference, there are two laundromats at Tropicana and Maryland Parkway.0 -

It was Wizard of Suds - and it was one of the ones you pointed out on our way to Hard Rock that I ended up at...driving along thinking 'it's here somewhere, pebbles pointed it out...I remember...' I was so excited when I spotted it.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
October , NovemberThey (M Resort)also have drinks wells spread around the casino floor where you can help yourself to soft drinks without having to find a waitress.
These were taken out earlier this summer. Sadly they are long gone.0 -
for those who have stayed at either or both, would you recommend Venetian or Palazzo?
So far Venetian has the slight edge due to its proximity to Harrah's etc...but looking at the property map, Palazzo seems to have lifts to the guest rooms and parking garage in the same area - as we'll be departing from Palazzo and like to make a couple of trips to the car with our cases, this might be handy...I know we could just valet and call a bellman up to help with our bags, but we like the 2 trips thing as it gives us one last chance to have a look around for anything we may have missed. It looks like it may be a bit of a haul from the rooms at Venetian to the parking garage.
have only stayed at Palazzo, self parking was great, we parked right next to lifts in the garage and from memory we went up a couple of floors and then had to cross a lift lobby to go straight up to the 30 something floor. My wife seems to think we didnt even have to change lifts. Whichever way it was, it is prob the quickest and easiest trip from garage to room that we have ever had
PS
Wish I had made 2 trips from hotel room yesterday in Derby....I left my phone charger there ARGGGHHHH0 -
MayWe have stayed at both the Venetian and Palazzo. Can't really compare the rooms as we got a free upgrade to a Fortuna Suite at the Palazzo after a bit of hassle, but I remember it was a huge hike from check in to the guests elevators.0

October , NovemberYou can get a bet on the English premier league in most sportsbook but you will find the prices incredibly skinny
I just phone up and use my betfair account, never had a problem doing that from the US or china. Not as much fun as having a bet there and collecting cash but when you see the prices you'll understand.0 -
October , November
Bellagio fountain show times from a couple of weeks ago,not sure how often they change it.
