thanks for the info on the parking situation at Premium Outlets - I may plan to go early and drive as there are a lot of reviews saying that parking's a nightmare and I just can't cope with that - I'll just leave (if I can!)

    :)

It really isnt a nightmare, honest and yes you could to a u turn before the garage entrance.

Stores dont open till 10 but the food court is open earler. Last time we went we got there about 0950, hardly anyone in the garage

Out of these what would people recommend?

Caesars Palace £151 - Forum Tower £167 Deluxe room
    Vdara £152 Deluxe Suite
    Four Seasons £216 Standard Room
    Mandarin £287

I can also get The Signtaure for £199 and this includes

Vegas easy . Strip does get gridlock though . LA is a tad tougher . SF a tad tougher a again . But still a cake walk compared to driving in London for example .

We always avoid the gridlock by using Koval which runs parallel to the strip. Takes you all the way from Mandalay Bay to Wynn/FSM/Palazzo, at which point the traffic is less on the strip.

Its fine early-ish eg before 11. By 12.30 though, cars are circling like sharks looking for a spot.

Much nicer mall than the one at the South of the strip.

I stayed at Ceasars last month -booked a Forum Tower and used the $20 trick at check in and got into the Augustus Tower (could have had the Palace Tower too but was going to be more on the Strip than at the pool so Augustus was far better for us). Room was lovely. I'd suspect MO is a nicer room but it's a lot more cash-so really depends how nice you want -location (IMO Caesars can't be beaten for location) and how much you REALLY want to pay. For me I want a nice room but I'm out and about so much that so long as I have the really nice bed, great bathroom and high count thread sheets-anything else is not really needed-location for me is more important. (Deluxe is a much lower standard of room than Forum though-although $20 trick works well-but personally I wouldn't take the risk with deluxe)

You'll get lots of different replies though as we all like different things.

We usually go right up to the top level and don't bother even looking at the lower levels. If we go right to the top we can usually find a place close to the lifts.
